PAYMENT: We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and JCB and do not charge your credit cards until your order is ready for despatch. If you prefer to order over the telephone, we can accept payment by any of the above credit/debit cards.We will also accept sterling cheques drawn on UK funds or UK Postal Orders. Cheques and Postal Orders made payable to 'Rival' ,should be sent to arrive within seven days of placing your telephone order.
For on-line credit card payment, our order form is processed on a secure server. Your private data will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. When you go to our order form you should see a solid padlock in your browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. The information will be accessible only to us and your card details are removed as soon as we confirm your order.
We are not aware of any case of credit card fraud ever having occurred as a result of using a card via this secure server. However, if you would prefer not to use the on-line payment facility, you can e-mail, fax, or just give us a call during opening hours at the shop where we'd be happy to help with your order or enquiry.

CARRIAGE: The following postal charges will be added on automatically when ordering at the following rates:-
Mainland U.K. from £2.20 for goods under £10 ,£2.70 for goods £10-£30, £3.70 for goods£30-£60, £4.20 for goods £60-£100, £5 for goods over the value of £100 for 2nd class post. 1st class post will add 50p extra. All orders are normally processed within one working day, subject to availability. Any orders received after 3pm on Saturday will not be processed until the following Monday.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER: After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail ‘pre-confirmation’ of the order with an order ID number. This number allows you to check your order status and should be quoted in any enquiry.

If you are in any way not satisfied with a purchase you can return it , undamaged and with all original packaging within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement ,less any postage paid in delivering the goods by us. Any refund will be credited back to the card account of the purchaser. Please return the item to Rival at our shop address, together with a copy of your confirmation e-mail and your request for a refund. Carriage charges are non refundable under any circumstances unless the goods are faulty or have been picked and sent wrongly by us.
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange sizes if they do not fit . We however are unable to cover the postage back to the customer and will therefore need the postage and packing charge to be enclosed with the return plus a note of your request when you send it back to us so we can deal with the problem quickly and efficiently.
