Hi,
I thought I would just drop you a quick note to say thank you and how extremely impressed I have been wth your service.
I ordered a pair of size 7 plimsolls but when they came they didn't fit so I had to return them and exchange them for a pair of size 8s, I followed the instructions on your enclosed slip and posted them back to you on Thursday afternoon and lo and behold a pair of size 8s were delivered on Saturday, only two days later.
It is a pleasure to experience such fantastic customer service, thank you.
